Coliform Violation Letter 7.19.25

We are asking the customers on the Bugle Mnt pressure plane to conserve as much water as possible while we regain water levels in the ground storage tank. This will include customers on Fm 4 south of I-20, South Bosley Rd and Trail, the I-20 service Rd east of Fm4 and Domingo Ln. We also advise our customers to check their meter during this time to ensure they have no leaks on their side. If you have a leak and can't shut your water off please contact our office for assistance.

Bugle Mnt pressure

We are currently experiencing lower than normal pressure in the Bugle mountain pressure plane. This will affect customers along FM 4, I-20 service road between Fm 4 almost down to 281 this will also include South Bosley and Single Oak ln. We are currently driving out the system to ensure there is no leak and our suprervisor will be driving out the system monitoring the meter read system to see if there are any leaks on customers. We advise our customers in this area to please check your meters and make sure you don't have any leaks on your side. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

The weather forecast isn't showing below freezing temperatures. With that being said we suggest customers to stop dripping their faucets in order to help prevent a higher than normal water bill.
